I'm a sucker for festive drinks, especially when it comes to holiday season. I find it fun to offer a drink that breaks up the usual Busch Light and White Claw. I'm a pretty basic country girl. But I also love my brewery beers. We have a brewery in our small town called Roets Brewery, and Nate and I love to drop in to pick of growler of their latest beer. But, sometimes a girl craves something new and different. That's where this drink comes in. It's seriously perfect for fall, and even more perfect for Thanksgiving. I am excited to mix up this cocktail for my family.

Spiced Apple Cider Moscow Mule Ingredients.

Vodka. Just like a classic moscow mule recipe, I used plain vodka. If you're feeling fancy, you can use caramel vodka to turn this into a caramel apple moscow mule. I personally tried it, and I thought it was a fun and tasty twist, but it also amped up the sweetness. I'm not big into the super sweet cocktails, so I could only drink one. But if sweet is your thing, then I highly recommend the caramel vodka!

Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. This is my secret ingredient that give the cocktail a quick, easy and delicious "spiced" taste. I just use a small amount so it doesn't overpower the drink, but it still gives the drink an almost spicy taste. If you're completely against Fireball, you can omit it and you're cocktail will still taste great.

Lime juice. Lime juice is an ingredient in standard Moscow mules, and I use it in this cocktail, as well. The sour lime juice helps to balance out the sweetness.

Apple cider. I recommend a cider or juice that is actually pressed from apples. I used Simply Apple.

Ginger beer. You can't have a Moscow mule without it. I used Goslings Ginger Beer.

That's it! So easy. Add the ingredients to your favorite copper mug (or your favorite glass), top with ice, give it a stir, and you're good to go!
