How to Make an Iced Miel
Step 1: Brew hot espresso or strongly brewed coffee.
Step 2: Drizzle honey into the hot espresso/coffee and mix together until melted. Pour into a mason jar or cocktail shaker with ice. Tighten the lid and shake until chilled. Strain the coffee into a tall glass with fresh ice, and discard the melting ice from the shaker.
Step 3: Pour cold milk over the coffee.
