Creamy Italian Ranch Pasta Salad is the best pasta salad recipe that I make on repeat all summer long. It's always a huge hit and is super easy to make! Made with juicy tomatoes, fresh broccoli and cauliflower, arugula, black olives, and red onion, this pasta salad is packed full of veggies then tossed in Italian and Ranch dressing! 1poundbowtie pasta(or your favorite short cut pasta)
1headbroccoli, cut into bite size pieces(about 3 cups)
1headcauliflower, cut into bite size pieces(about 3 cups)
½red onion, diced
1pintcherry tomatoes, cut in half
6ouncesblack olives, cut in half(1 can)
2cupsarugula
1 ½cupsItalian dressing
1cupranch dressing
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the pasta until soft and tender. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
While pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables.
In a large serving bowl, toss together the cooked pasta, vegetables, arugula, Italian and ranch dressing.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
