Creamy Italian Ranch Pasta Salad is the best pasta salad recipe that I make on repeat all summer long. It's always a huge hit and is super easy to make! Made with juicy tomatoes, fresh broccoli and cauliflower, arugula, black olives, and red onion, this pasta salad is packed full of veggies then tossed in Italian and Ranch dressing! The combination is addicting. Perfect for potlucks, BBQs or as a weeknight side dish. Everyone will be going back for more.
8ouncesbow tie pasta(or your favorite short cut pasta)
½headof broccoli, cut into bite size pieces(about 1 ½ cups)
½headof cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces(about 1 ½ cups)
½red onion, finely chopped
½pintof cherry tomatoes, cut in half
½canof black olives, cut in half(3 ounces)
1 ½cupsarugula
¾cupItalian dressing
½cupranch dressing
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta until soft and tender. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
While pasta is cooking, prepare your vegetables.
In a large serving bowl, toss together the cooked pasta, vegetables, arugula, Italian and ranch dressing. Enjoy!
